2. Acceptance of Terms & Modifications

For Guests:

  • Booking requests are subject to Host approval.

  • Guests must verify property details before booking and comply with Host rules.

  • Unauthorized parties, commercial use, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Payments, Fees & Cancellations

Payment Processing:

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved providers.

  • Guests authorize CozyStayHub.net to charge the provided payment method for the total booking cost, including:

    • Rental fees

    • Service fees (if applicable)

    • Security deposits (refundable under specified conditions)

    • Local taxes (where required)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation terms vary by property and will be clearly stated at booking.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days.

  • No-shows or early departures do not qualify for refunds unless otherwise agreed.

Service Fees:

6. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Guests agree to:

Hosts agree to:

  • Not discriminate against Guests based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Subleasing or reselling bookings.

  • Unauthorized commercial use (e.g., events without Host permission).

  • Fraud, harassment, or illegal behavior.

Violations may result in account termination, legal action, or liability for damages.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • CozyStayHub.net acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for:

    • Property conditions, safety, or Host conduct.

    • Travel disruptions, accidents, injuries, or theft.

    • Disputes between Guests and Hosts.

  • Users book at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal data (e.g., names, payment details, booking history) to facilitate Services.

  • Data is processed in compliance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell user data but may share it with:

    • Hosts (for booking confirmation)

    • Payment processors

    • Legal authorities (if required by law)

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Website content (logos, text, graphics, software) is owned by CozyStayHub.net or licensed partners.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

  • Users may not scrape, copy, or exploit Website content without written permission.

10. Termination & Suspension
